طرز تهیه چیکن عبدو

مواد لازم:

مرغ یک و نیم کیلوگرم
روغن زیتون ۲ قاشق غذاخوری
سرکه سفید نصف فنجان
آب یک چهارم فنجان
سیر له شده یک حبه
فلفل سیاه آسیاب نشده ۲ قاشق چای خوری
برگ بو سه عدد
شکر ۱ قاشق غذاخوری (اضافه کردن شکر اختیاری می باشد در صورتی که دوست دارید خوراک شما کمی شیرین باشد)

طرز تهیه چیکن عبدو:

یک ماهی تابه بزرگ را روی شعله متوسط قرار دهید تا داغ شود.در یک کاسه بزرگ سویا سس٬ سرکه سفید و آب را با یکدیگر ترکیب کنید سپس تکه های مرغ را داخل این مواد بریزید و حسابی مخلوط کنید تا زمانی که موها رنگ قهوه ای به خود بگیرند.

تکه های مرغ را داخل آرام پز بچینید. مخلوط سرکه و سویا سس رو روی تمام مرغ ها بریزید و در آخر سیر٬ فلفل سیاه و برگ بو را به موادمان اضافه می کنیم.حالا اجازه می دهیم که مرغ ها به مدت ۴ تا ۶ ساعت داخل آرام پز پخته شوند و حسابی موادمان غلیظ شوند.

دقت داشته باشید که اگر دوست دارید این خوراک کمی شیرین باشد شکر را در اواخر مرحله پخت به مرغ ها اضافه کنید. نوش جان
